Steam, Bonnet Cleaning
Though this method of carpet cleaning is sometimes referred to as a dry-cleaning method, it really is not. Bonnet cleaning uses a cleaning product, occasionally mixed with carbonated water, and spreads it as a mist over the surface of the carpet. A circular rotating buffer or "bonnet" with an absorbent covering is run over the soiled area. When the covering becomes soiled, it is replaced with a clean one. While the top one-third of the carpet is cleaned, soil which has settled to the bottom of the pile remains behind. This cleaning method should be viewed as a temporary measure between more intensive cleanings.

Strip, Seal & Wax
This process is the intermediate step between simply mopping and a full Strip Seal and Wax. After an initial surface clean your floor is lightly sprayed with a special mixture of floor finishes followed by a buffing with a rotary machine and burnishing pad and finally one coat of high gloss wax.

Buffing / Waxing Services
Strip, Seal and Wax: Our floor cleaning professionals strip old wax from your floor as well as the edges of door frames and baseboards. Next, they apply a sealer-enriched high solids wax of four to five coats.
Top Scrub and Recoat: We rough up your floor surface and apply two coats of wax. This process is performed when there is enough wax on the floors and they have yet to turn yellow but have scratches or marks in the surface.
Spray Buff: This process begins with us damp mopping your floor, then lightly spraying a mixture of wax and water followed by a machine buff.
Our professional floor maintenance technicians are used to working with wax solids contents of 18% to as high as 30% depending on the use your floors receive or the type of facility you have. You can also choose from a low sheen finish or a wet look
